A NEW MONTH MEANS A NEW SCENARIO AT ST LUKE’S
A new month brings an exciting new scenario for us.
From this month we will have two Masses each weekend:
- A Vigil Mass at 5.30 pm each Saturday
- Our usual Sunday morning 10 am Mass
100 people can attend each Mass at St Luke’s Catholic College (enter carpark via Frontier Avenue, Marsden Park). However, you need to book in to attend each Mass to ensure compliance with the State Government requirements. If you do not have a ticket for Mass for you and those attending with you, we may unfortunately not be able to allow you to enter, as there are substantial fines if we breach the rules. We have set up online ticketing for Masses in July (see links below).
We will also be offering the Sacrament of Reconciliation twice a month – on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, from 4.30pm.
Click on the links below for either the Saturday Vigil or Sunday morning Masses.
Remember to enter the number of people who will be attending in your group.
You need to book in each week – not just once. Click on the orange box ‘Select a Date’ to select each week that you want to attend. I suggest you save yourself time and book in for the whole of July, rather than having to go back and book each week.
If you have difficulty using this ticketing system, you are free to email us at email@example.com . If you do so, please advise your full name, what Mass you want to attend each week (i.e. July 4 or 5, 11 or 12, 18 or 19, 25 or 26) and how many people will be attending in your group each week.
We will still be offering Mass via Zoom each Sunday at 10am for those who are unable to physically attend Mass, which can be accessed by clicking on this link
Blessings to you and your family.
Welcome to St Luke's
Catholic Faith Community
St Luke's is Australia's newest Catholic Church community, located in Marsden Park, western Sydney, within the Diocese of Parramatta.
The community came into being with the appointment of Deacon Tony Hoban as Pastoral Director on January 1, 2018. Supported by his wife, Annette, and a start-up Advisory Group, planning has begun for the life of the new community. The intention is to develop a community of intentional disciples of Jesus Christ, working in collaboration with St Luke's College. Our gathering place for Mass and other events will be at St Luke's Catholic College, Frontier Avenue, Marsden Park. We are looking for people who desire to grow in faith within a supportive community to join us.
We acknowledge that the Darug people were the original custodians of the land on which we operate. We pay our respects to elders past and present, and acknowledge the Aboriginal people for their custodianship of this land.
